What you can report

Eleven categories, one shared street

Pick the description closest to what you have seen. A clear category routes your report to the right sanitation team faster.

Garbage accumulation
Waste piled up in public spaces, lanes, or residential areas over several days.

Overflowing bin
A municipal bin that has not been emptied and is spilling onto the street.

Improper disposal
Household or commercial waste dumped somewhere it clearly should not be.

Poor segregation
Wet and dry waste mixed at source instead of separated as required.

Illegal dumping
Unauthorised dumping of construction, industrial, or commercial waste.

Unclean public area
Parks, streets, ghats, or other shared spaces left unmaintained.

Delayed collection
Scheduled garbage collection not happening on the assigned day.

Construction waste
Debris, rubble, or building material left blocking a public area.
